RatioFox Dataset Use Licence 1.0
This licence applies to RatioFox’s original selection, arrangement, calculations and explanatory presentation on its public ETF, mutual-fund, and stock research pages.
Permission
RatioFox grants a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to access and use the calculated valuation datasets displayed on its public research pages for personal, educational and non-commercial research. You may quote reasonable extracts when you clearly attribute RatioFox and link to the relevant research page.
Limits
This licence does not permit selling, mirroring or republishing a substantial part of the RatioFox dataset, removing attribution, or presenting RatioFox calculations as your own. Normal search-engine crawling, indexing and linking are permitted.
Third-party sources
This licence does not relicense issuer holdings, regulatory filings, prices or other third-party source material. Those materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their original providers. Facts that are not protected by intellectual-property rights remain unaffected.
No warranty
The datasets are provided for informational research without warranty and are not investment advice. Source delays, corporate actions, mapping gaps and calculation assumptions can affect results. The site operator is identified in the Privacy notice.
